This place has a cool design and is budget-friendly. The rooms are in a brand-new building, but the downside is that they don't have windows. Still, it's a top choice around here. 🌟

We truly enjoyed above average and very good breakfasts and great views!

The hotel was fairly large and facilities were good, it had magnificent location just off major attractions and the outlet. The room was decent sized and fashionable, had climate control, a work desk and coffee/tea making equipment. The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations.

I did not want to leave there and will definitely go again next time. This was a really really nice stay in customer service as the day time. This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the wonderful restaurants, about a hours walk to the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz and wine country. I loved the chic-style building, decent size and beautifully designed room with hip industrial decor.

I enjoyed the room in attractive industrial style. The room had an interesting design. It had a central location close to Hyde Street Pier. All stores and a grocery store were right next door. Everything met needs well, I would happily go back again.

Position, facilities, excellent front staff and cleanliness

We didn't get the room we booked. Said when booking through Booked.net that they tried to gove room as described but no certainty. We had twin room booked deluxe king

The room was recently refurbished with a new bathroom and windows. The check-in was early. The breakfast catered to most tastes. The staff was extremely helpful and top-class, providing information when needed.

Staff very accommodating re. early check in and arranging taxi's ect. The hotel is in an excellent location for Fisherman's Wharf sights

There is nothing at all wrong with this hotel, but the prices are really on the high side for what you get - it is just a standard Hilton hotel in one of the nicer parts of the City; nothing else which would really justify the rates charged. In particular, breakfast usually isnt included in the tarrif (nor is parking) and these are both very expensive.

The hotel has no restaurant or room service.

Our double room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, with a great urban view.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was super comfy! Also, the location was perfect and walking distance to great restaurants, the piers/waterfront, etc.

The only complaint I have about my stay was the noise. I could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above me all night long and it kept me up. I had to get some earplugs from the front desk.

We enjoyed this budget-friendly hotel. The food was delicious. The staff were very informative. The hotel had a great location with Hyde Street Pier nearby. The venue had a fantastic restaurant for breakfast.

After 3 days we gave up asking for replacement of the light bulb on the night table. The breakfast is quite nice if you don't have to pay for it. There is no f&b in this hotel. If you want to eat they send you you to a hotel next door and it was worth it...

The hotel was very convenient for the waterfront area, with good transport connections to the main shopping areas. There were plenty of restuarants in close proximity to the hotel.
